January Case Files - Second reveal - Deadline: February 4, 2020

Have you had a chance to celebrate CSI's 8th birthday with the January Case Files yet? We're halfway through the month, which means we've got more inspiration for you, inspired by our second Case File and our stash-busting Cold Case File. And don't forget, this year, we're giving you a few extra days to finish solving the Cases--challenges will be due by the 4th of the next month.

We shared inspiration for our first Case File in our January 1 post, and we'll be sharing inspiration from our other two Case Files, including our stash-busting Cold Case, in this post.

This month, we have seven generous sponsors donating prizes, plus CSI is going to donate a gift certificate in honor of our birthday! Click here to read more about our sponsors and the prizes they are donating. Winners will be selected randomly from all of our players, with a few exceptions where sponsors have asked us to choose from certain geographic regions.

We're celebrating CSI's 8th birthday this month with some fun CSI-birthday-related Case Files. Draw your own inspiration from The Scene on the Case File, or you can use the traditional clues, which can be found at the bottom of this blog post.

We're thrilled to have some members of the CUT to YOU design team joining us as Guest Detectives this month! You are sure to be inspired by their beautiful work!

And now, are you ready for some serious inspiration? Here's what our design team and guest designers created with Case File No. 307. We will share their creations for Case File No. 304 and the Cold Case on the 15th.

The talented Guest Detectives from the CUT to YOU design team solved the Case this way:

How Sara solved the Case: I was inspired by the colors primarily in the Case File, but I also loved the idea of using book pages on a layout!

The CSI design team masterfully cracked the Case. We'll share how they solved the Case on Facebook.

Here's how the talented team from CUT to YOU solved the Case File:

How Rachel solved the Case: I was inspired again by the image. I have scrapped a photo of me with a theme of loving the small things in life.

How Marie solved the Case: I was inspired by the colours in the image and the circular shapes and used this to create my layout.

And our CSI Detectives expertly cracked the case this way:
