For this second reveal, we'll be sharing inspiration for our second Case File and our stash-busting Cold Case. Remember, all of our Case Files are open through the 4th of the next month, so you still have time to work on all 3 Cases. The more you play, the more chances you have of being selected to win a prize from one of our generous sponsors.
The traditional CSI clues can be found on our Facebook page in the first entry under the album. Just click on the Case File images above. They are also posted at the bottom of this reveal.
How Tamara solved the Case: I have used the Book Stack Background cut file from Cut to You for this layout. I was inspired by the 'school vibes' of the case file, and also chose to draw from the pastel colours.

NEW DETECTIVE!
We're excited to announce that Jackie Ashton is joining the CSI design team!
We're excited to announce that Jackie Ashton is joining the CSI design team!
Hi, I’m Jackie, married with a 23 year son and live in Birmingham, UK.
My scrapbooking adventure started in 2008 after attending a ‘memory keeping’ workshop - I was hooked straightaway and knew this was the craft for me. Fast forward to today, where I now spend most days crafting in some form or another, even if it only checking out You-Tube and Pinterest to gather some design ideas.
I’m currently on a few design teams and I also run a scrapbooking business with two friends, where we organise retreats and workshops, and teach scrapbooking classes in and around the West Midlands, UK.
I’m mainly a 12x12 scrapbooker, but I love to incorporate other sizes of pages within my albums including pocket pages.

CASE FILES
Our challenges this month celebrate all things back to school--reading, writing, and arithmetic! As always, you don't have to scrap these topics. Draw your own inspiration from The Scene on the Case File, or you can use the traditional clues, which can be found at the bottom of this blog post.

INSPIRATION
And now, are you ready for some serious inspiration? Here's what our design team and guest designers created with this month's second Case File.
The CUT to YOU design team teamed up with CSI as a Guest Detectives to show off their gorgeous cut files.
How Piroska solved the Case: When I saw the September CSI challenges, especially Case File No. 367, I knew I wanted to scrap this memory of my daughter. I chose a cut file that is not especially for reading, the One Big Adventure cut file because reading is like an adventure, right?
How Karen solved the Case: I was totally inspired by the books and the tree and colours within the photo prompt plus I also chose elements from the evidence list by using flowers, leaves. The book component from the Our Story cut file from Cut to You was perfect to share my sister's love of Jane Austin.
The CSI design team masterfully cracked the Case. We'll share how we solved the Case on Facebook.
Debbi also played along with Paper Issues' Keep It Sketchy challenge. Paper Issues is one of our generous September Sponsors.
And here's how our design team and guest detectives solved our stash-busting Cold Case.
Inspiration from the CUT to YOU design team:
How Tara solved the Case: I was inspired by the school theme of the case file and have used the School Books Cut File from Cut to You on my layout.
How Shannon solved the Case: I was ever so inspired by the colour scheme of the case file. I grabbed the yellow, blue and pink tones, and have used the Make your Move cut file from Cut to You.
Inspiration from the CSI Detectives:
Debbi combined the CSI challenge with a Paper Issues challenge, one of our generous September Sponsors. Her layout was inspired by Wendy Tipton's layout for Scraplift Sunday, and she used a free Paper Issues cut file.
